1 Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information when you register or use our app:

• Full Name — provided during account registration
• Email Address — used for account creation and communication
• Google Account Info — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google OAuth
• Game Activity — your fantasy team selections, league memberships, points, captain choices, and transfer history. This data is required to run your leagues and is visible to other members of any league you join.

We do not collect your phone number, physical address, date of birth, or payment information.

2 How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Display your name within the app (e.g., leaderboards, teams)
• Authenticate your identity securely via email or Google Sign-In
• Send important service-related communications
• Improve app performance and user experience

3 Firebase Services

Our app is powered by Google Firebase, which provides the following services:

• Firebase Authentication — manages email and Google login securely
• Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database — stores your account and game data
• Firebase Hosting — serves our web application

Firebase may collect certain technical data such as device identifiers and usage analytics as per Google's Privacy Policy.

4 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party API to power our cricket data features:

• CricketData.org (cricketdata.org) — provides live scores, match data, and player statistics. We do not share your personal information with CricketData.org. Only match-related queries are sent to their API.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.

5 Payments

Doosra Fantasy League is a free-to-play application. We do not process, collect, or store any payment or financial information.

6 Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, a secure Google service
• We limit access to personal data to only what is necessary for app functionality

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7 Children's Privacy

Doosra Fantasy League is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8 Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and associated data at any time
• Withdraw consent for Google Sign-In at any time via your Google account settings

How to delete your account:

• In the app: after signing in, open the menu (⋮) on the Series Selection screen and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
• By email: if you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email address to doosrafantasyleague@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 7 days.

What gets deleted: your profile, all your fantasy teams, your league memberships, and your sign-in credentials. You will be removed from every league you have joined; if you are an admin of a league with other members, ownership is transferred to the next member, or the league is deleted if you are the only member. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we do not retain backups beyond 30 days, after which all residual copies are purged.

8a Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed from our active systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days. League-wide aggregate data (e.g., final leaderboards from leagues you participated in) may be retained in anonymised form for the purpose of preserving league history for other members.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
